The Rental Process
Our rental application is completely electronic, and you can apply online for any of our vacant units. Please visit the Rental Listings tab to see our current inventory. Once you have found a property you wish to apply for, click the 'Apply Now' link. Once you have filled out your application, please follow the below instructions.
- Schedule appointment to the property
- Keep your appointment and show up on time
- If approved, schedule appointment for lease signing
- Ensure you have deposit and rent at lease signing
- Change electric/ gas into your name
- Schedule move-in date
- Complete tenant move in checklist
